Seedworks Philippines, Inc. Is an affiliate of Seedworks from India. Carlos Miguel Saplala is their industrial partner in the Philippines who established the office in Bay, Laguna in March 2011. Involve in researching, breeding, developing, and marketing of hybrid seeds, such as corns, eggplants, and other vegetables seed that would help a lot of farmers in the distribution of vegetables in the Market. Their aim is to help the farmers to have seeds that can meet the climate changes in the Philippines with pest tolerance. They wanted to reach-out to all farmers in the Philippines, by conducting trainings and seminars and educate them on how they can have a good rice, corns, and vegetables products. 

He employs 22 people that receives insurance, mandated benefits, bonuses and a 13th month pay, aside from compensation they receive. Carlos also saves 50% of the half month pay of the employee as a preparation for the employees retirement.

Together with Lendahand’s partner NPFC is helping Carlos Miguel Saplala in acquiring additional working capital to be able to deliver a thousand bags of corn seeds to multiple municipalities and cities in the province of Bukidnon.
