Adzer Engineering is an ISO certified machine shop that manufactures semiconductor tooling for electronics companies.

Description of Entrepreneur : Mr. Cabarrubias is a mechanical engineer whose expertise in employment becomes his driving force to start his own business. With an initial capital of Php150,000 and two machines acquired through credit, he put up Adzer Engineering. Together with his wife and sister-in law, they are now operating for 17 years. They have 23 workers. They are accepting OJTs from different schools and foundations. If they want to work in the company, they are hired as probationary employee eventually.
