Rosalie Remando a 48 year old mother of two boys owns RMRJ Trading with 19 years of operation manufacturing Corrugated Recycled Boxes. Most of their products go to clients from Laguna, Cavite and Manila for export.

Known as Sally to her friends, worked as a nurse at Trinity General Hospital for four years. When she got married, Rosalie was influenced by her in-laws to continue with their business and have her husband to manage its operations.

For 19 years, she had employed out of school youths where some even got married and still worked for them until they decided to set up their own business. Currently the business employs 6 persons with her husband as the operations manager. Three of their staff are tenured employees and all 6 are provided with board and lodgings.

NPFC granted Sally a loan amounting to P150,000, payable in 18 months to be used as additional working capital to buy raw materials and wages.
