Sunshine Guevara graduated in early 2000, with a specialty in Information Technology. After graduation, she became the head of marketing in her parents' demolition business and eventually took over in 2009. The name was then changed into “Magluluma Enterprises”. Bsides offering demolition services, Sunshine decided to expand and ventured into construction as well. The construction operations leave quite a bit of scrap materials, which fortunately, can be recycled, re-used or sold in the company's store. 

Sunshine has 17 regular workers. Besides the regulars, over a 100 individuals can be hired depending upon location and project size. The regular workers receive weekly salary and mandatory benefits like Philhealth.

She applied for a loan in order to mobilize the current three projects as they were a bit delayed, which is common in construction business. For her to be able to do this, she will be needing working capital loan to be provided by Lendahand and NPFC. The loan will be repaid in 6 months.
