Khin Hoeun married Choem Yeng in 1980, and they have 4 sons and 5 daughters. Hoeun and his family lives in Okhna Tey Island in Ksach Kandal District, Kandal province. Hoeun and Yeng are farmers. Thy have their field for growing vegetable, fruit, and they also raise cow.

Hoeun learns to do farming and raising cow from his parents. Hoeun’s wife, Yenggrows many kinds of vegetable and fruit include: tomato, cabbage, pumpkin, papaya, banana, etc. This is family business, so Hoeun does not hire any workers, but their sons and daughters assist in this agricultural task.

Hoeun is in need of working capital to expand his business by

• purchasing cows
• purchasing one motorbike to support transportation of agricultural product to market,
• purchasing water pumping machine and tube for his farm

Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Hoeun will be able to increase the number of orders he could manage.
