In 2008 startte Nilo met zijn bedrijf “Erma Shells and Designs Export Inc.”. It is a family owned business headed by Nilo as the Chairman – President of the company. They manufacture jewelry, boxes, mirrors, frames, lamps, baskets, made out of sea shells crafts. To maintain the good relationship from their customers, they make sure to introduce new designs through their creative minds and offer products on a competitive price. Products are for export purposes exclusive for regular clients from Poland, Russia, United Kingdom, Turkey, and others.

The company started with two customers and ten employees only. As they grow, they were able to hire more staff. At present, they have 75 workers provided with statutory benefit and lodging, aside from weekly compensation. 20 others are hired during peak season. They also have three sub-contractors.
