Ms. Johna Velasques is married from Negros, Occidental. She is a graduate of Information Technology. After getting married they started the business named Kusina Batanguena Home Cannary. Business has been operating for five years and was formally registered in 2015.

Eventually when the demands for the products arises the carinderia was converted into processing and preserving of local Batangas fish (found only in Taal Lake) for bottled Sinaing na Tulingan. Today Kusina Batanguena has two major distributors of their products, Coles Native Sweet Treats and Lubron Trading. 

Currently, business employs 4 regular employees and 2 part-time/piece-rate employees. The loan purpose is to acquire a 2nd hand Mitsubishi L300FB delivery van and planning to expand her market and saturate the Batangas province in promoting the Batangas products.
