Pouch Oun married Hean Sok in 2000, and they have 1 son and 2 daughters. They live in Prek Ampil Commune, Ksach Kandal District, Kandal Province. Oun is a weaver, and she runs her business for more than 23 years since 1993. Oun’s husband runs a business to provide service installation for weaving equipment.

Oun learns weaving from her parents and her neighbor, and she is able to weave scarf, skirt, and other material. It is family business and at present she does not hire any workers.

In order to meet the rising demand of her clients, Oun is in need of working capital to expand the businesses by purchasing more stock of yarn for. Using loan from Maxima Microfinance Plc., Oun will be able to increase the number of orders she could manage.
