Luis is het proud owner of his own bakery. He has worked for more than 30 years in other bakeries, just like most of his family members. Since 2007 Luis started his own bakery which he called Mas Pan (More Bread)! 

His bakery is located in a very busy part of Soacha in Colombia’s capital Bogotá. Together with his wife and 3 employees Luis bakes breads and other delicacies.  The products are being sold in their own store. The bakery and store are open the whole day; especially in the mornings it is very busy. Most clients drop by on their way to work to enjoy a nice breakfast. 

Luis would like to use the loan to buy a new oven. Furthermore, he would like to develop the business to business channel, he would like to start selling his products to companies as well. With the loan Luis can procure more wheat against better conditions. If all goes according to plan, Luis dreams of buying the property on which the bakery and the bakery store are currently located.  Luis will hire 3 employees to help him growing his bakery.

Together with the local partner in Colombia (VSC) Lendahand is granting this loan to Louis, payable in 24 months, to help him make his ambitions become reality.
