Elwin Conopio, resides in Liliw, Laguna, married to Adora with four kids. Being an undergraduate of e-commerce, Elwin decided to put up his own shoe store and manufacturing area. In year 2000, he established his business and named it “Christian Marco Footwear”, which is a combination of his children’s name. 

With its 15 years of operation, Elwin was able to employ 10 workers where six of them are male and four are female. All are provided with piece rate salary and free meal, and for his regular workers, he provides them with a mandated benefits. He also employs senior citizen that are still capable to work. 

Lendahand, will help Elwin Conopio together with its local partner NPFC to acquire working capital to buy additional raw materials.
