Imelda Vines is married to Eduardo, with three kids. She established “Imelda Vines General Merchandise” in 2010 with a capital coming from her own savings. The business was named next to her, and is engaged in wholesale and retailing of grocery items. Imelda serves the needs of the individuals and owners of ‘sari-sari’ store, giving them a lower price in the province of Liliw, Laguna. She is a hands-on owner, managing the day-to-day operation, and sometimes assisted by her spouse and kids. As a support to the environment, she do not use plastics for packaging or wrapping of items bought in her store. 

The business currently employs two male and three female workers, given with a monthly basis salary, including meals and bonuses. Three of them are provided with free lodging.

Lendahand and NPFC, will help Imelda to acquire working capital to buy additional stocks to continuously support the needs of her buyers.
