Irene and her husband Pedro are the owners of Granerio Uniprecios; a small warehouse where they sell different types of wheat and dairy products. Granerio Uniprecios was founded in 2011. They selected the perfect location for their business; it is located in the heart of the commercial zone of Villa Esperanza, near Colombias capital Bogotá. Irene and Pedro are working hard: they work 7 days a week to make their business a success. 4 employees help them with the daily operations in the store and the warehouse.
Irene and Pedro want to buy the property they are now renting.
Lendahand and its local partner Eclof grant this loan to Irene payable in 36 months, to be able to make this ambition reality.
