Lendahand is a social FinTech company, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We are part of the B Corp community and have won numerous awards (e.g. 3x Best crowdfunding platform in the Netherlands). We operate a digital impact investing platform that allows everyday investors to contribute to a better world using their money. Surprised we don’t wear suits? We are here to rethink the investment management landscape. In fact, we have found product/market fit and are now in the scale up phase — all without wearing a tie! Our objective is to go from €150mio in amount lent, to €1 billion in the next few years. We are active in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, the UK and many more countries. Other countries will follow shortly. It helps that we are one of the happy few to have obtained a license as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider. We are ‘full-stack’ and do everything ourselves: from investments through ops to marketing and development. We use Ruby on Rails and deploy our applications to AWS.

What You Will Do
- Monitor website and marketing funnel performance via Mixpanel and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement in conversion, retention and usability
- Generate ideas for potential new website features that will increase conversion, retention and monthly active users
- Create and manage A/B tests to identify the potential effects of potential new features
- Identify opportunities via (competitive) analysis or identifying emerging industry trends, i.e. that will lead into new strategies that improve user experience, engagement and satisfaction
- Manage full funnel campaigns from initial ad creation to automatic email follow-up using their respective tools to increase retention
- Work closely with the development & marketing team to bring your ideas to life and support on other projects
What You Bring In
- Shared Mission: You have that drive and naivety to want to change the world with us!
- Solid Foundation: higher-education degree (Bachelors, Masters, etc.) in anything from financial engineering to anthropology
- Relevant Industry Experience: You have worked in growth hacking, performance marketing, SEO, UX design or other similar fields
- Technical Skills: You have an easy understanding of data tracking & analytics
- Team Player: You are an empathetic people’s person and know which meme to post in order for developers to crack a smile
- Entrepreneurial Thinker: You are ambitious, committed and comfortable with working under uncertainty
- Analytical Mind: You love numbers and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch, Spanish and other languages is a big plus
