      SECOND LOAN

Antipolo City is a first class municipality located at the province of Rizal, Philippines. It is visited by tourist with its scenic view and its pilgrimage site. Pasalubong Center can be also found here, which is located beside Antipolo Church that also captures tourist attraction. “Ava Pasalubong Center” is engaged in selling of delicacies that can be found in Pasalubong Center. It is solely owned and managed by Eva Cervantes, who was influenced and trained by her mother since childhood in suman and polvoron making. In line with the family business, she decided to put up her own store and sell different delicacies or goodies in 2011. She regularly joins bazaar and fiesta in different provinces from the north and south to gain more sales.

Her first loan to NPFC helped her generate one more worker which made the total present workers to nine. Additional of four people are hired during peak season. All are provided with free meal, aside from weekly compensation.

Together with LendAHand’s partner NPFC will help Eva to acquire additional working capital to buy raw materials to boost its production of malagkit and casoy.
