The project

“Payling’s Dried Fish and Pasalubong Center” started its operation in 1995. It is engaged in wholesale and retail of different dried fish and pasalubong products displayed in the store, catering both walk-in buyers and regular customers. On a weekly basis, same products are being delivered to its six regular clients which greatly help in increasing her sales. It has been operating for 20 straight years.

Currently, the business employs 4 workers. All are working students and bread winners of their respective families. Each receives monthly salary and free meals. They were also given a chance to continue their studies because of the scholarship that its owner Ms. Rafaela Ducay offered to them.

Lendahand and its local partner NPFC will provide working capital to Rafaela to purchase more stocks for her store.
