THIRD LOAN

Normita Lastimosa is engaged in handicrafts business since 1998. Products are made out of walis tingting (coconut leaf ribs), buri (kind of palm), abaca (Manila hemp) which are all abundant in the Philippines, and all were exported in United States. A naturally born filipina but a U.S resident for several years, sees the positive response of the market for different handicraft items, Normita had the idea to start her own.

“Globalcrafts International Corporation” is based in San Pedro, Laguna and has been existing for 17 years now. She employs five male and five female, a total of ten regular workers. 

Lendahand and local partner NPFC will be providing additional working capital loan to Normita to meet the demand of her buyers.
