The project
Lkhamsuren started a business in 2013. She repairs and sells new traditional Mongolian boots at the local market of Narantuul. During holiday seasons there is a sharp rise in demand as the boots are often used as gifts. Luckily she has a very supportive husband who is of great help during peak season.
With a loan Lkhamsuren will be able to perform some repairs in the shop and purchase more input materials for the coming peak season during the Lunar New Year Holiday.
Together with local partner VFM Lendahand will provide Lkhamsuren with a loan that has to be repaid in 24 months.
