The project

Together with his wife, Jairo Hurtado has ample experience in running a restaurant. For over 15 years, they are well known for their hospitality, good service and quality food. In 2000 Restaurante Antika opened for the first time in Bogotá with just the two of them running the show.

Over the years, they have hired many people, of whom a few went elsewhere. Currently, the couple employs 3 workers who assist them with the service and in the kitchen. They have requested working capital in order to invest in new kitchen appliances and to expand the dining area.

Together with local partner ECLOF Colombia Lendahand will provide a loan that must be repaid in 36 months.
