      The project

Since 2011, Saruon runs her small tailor shop in her village in Ponhnea Leu District. Her husband, Bun Thoeun, is a driver and transports fresh drinking water. Saruon buys material for her tailor shop from Orussey Market. Saruon is able to tailor for men and women both casual dress, and Khmer traditional dress.

In order to meet the rising demand of her clients, Saruon is in need of working capital to: purchase cloth material, a drawer and to renovate the tailor shop

Together with local partner MAXIMA will Lendahand provide a loan that will be repaid in 36 months.
