The project
Mr. Lorenzo Robles Jr. is a native of Northern Samar. He is a businessman for 30 years, which he learned from his father. One of his present business is fishpond which he started in 2006. Fish pond and cages are composed of crabs, prawns, and milkfish (in tagalog, bangus) where he named his business, Stuffed Bangus. Stuffed Bangus has been developed with flavors, garlic, hot chilly, mushroom, Hawaiian delight, and lemon grass to attract more buyer. Other products sold are chicharong bangus, fish roll, and bola-bolang bangus. Those are distributed and sold to markets in Samar, and are transported to Manila as well. He also have an on-going negotiation with a Taiwanese buyer, as prospect customer.
Northern Samar from Eastern Visayas belongs to the poorest provinces in the Philippines. To aid the difficulty in life of the people here, Mr. Robles provides job to 25 individuals with specific assignment. Salary is given monthly together with mandated benefits, housing and food allowance too.
