      The project

“Caballes Dried Fish Supply and Pasalubong” was founded by Niña Stephanie Caballes in 2013 in Tabo-an Market in Cebu City. It was inherited by Niña from her parents, which she manned since 1995, but its registration under her name was done in 2013. The business is engaged in assorted dried fish and pasalubong items bought to local fishermen and suppliers. It is sold wholesale for her six regular buyers and retail for walk-in customers.

From her previous loan, she was able to hire two additional workers, assigned in delivery of goods, and has maintained four out of school youth staff. They are receiving monthly salary, food and shelter. Two more workers are hired during peak season.

Nina needs a working capital loan to pay her suppliers for her inventory. She will be assisted by NPFC and LendAHand.
