Cecilyn Perez is married to Mark from Quezon City who are both chemists by profession. They started in 2000 making high level performance lubricants and preventive maintenance chemicals, but later in 2004 formed the personal care division, where perfumes of different scents for men and women and skin aromatics has been launched. The business name Romachem Enterprises was registered under Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the first quarter of 2001.
Cecil and Mark continuously make research and studies for better improvement of their products. As of now, they offer around 28 different scents of perfume, hair grower, hand sanitizer, others. Six are regularly employed and 10 on-call workers are working for Cecilyn, she provides them with competitive salary and lodging.
