Summary

Irene and her husband Pedro are the owners of Granerio Uniprecios; a small warehouse where they sell different types of wheat and dairy products. Granerio Uniprecios was founded in 2011. In the previous year they expanded the business. Currently the warehouse is also a small store, where people from the neighbourhood can do their daily grocery shopping. They selected the perfect location for their business; it is located in the heart of the commercial zone of Villa Esperanza, near Colombia’s capital Bogotá. Irene and Pedro are working hard: they work 7 days a week to make their business a success. Three employees help them with the daily operations in the store and the warehouse.

Iren and Pedro will use the loan to procure wheat and dairy products against better financial conditions.  Their dream is to buy the property where their business is currently situated.

Lendahand and its local partner grant this loan to Irene payable in 24 months, to be able to make this ambition reality.
