The project

Myrna Garay is a native of Pangasinan province. She is married to Galiciano to whom she has two children. She graduated in 1998 and had experienced working in a rural bank for five years before venturing on her own Marketing Business.

“Brylle’s Marketing” started its operation in 2005. It is engaged in distributorship of Ice Cream products of different sizes with varying flavors, which are affordable and deliciously-made for everyone.

The company has established three depot that are strategically positioned to support its 200 sub dealers and to reach out customers who owns school canteens, groceries, restaurants, food kiosk, and sari-sari stores. It also has a program which they call “Instant Negosyo”, wherein, sales agent of the company invite individuals and lend small freezer that is free to use by household who wants to sell ice cream and have an additional income.

Recently, Myrna was granted to have an exclusive distributorship in La Union province in Ilocos Region, thus, another market was opened for her. Her loan proceeds will be used for the inventory acquisition for the expansion. She is also expecting to hire five staff for this project in addition to her 17 existing staffs, composing of salesman, helper, and secretaries, officer-in-charge (OIC) (four female / 17 male). Aside from the semi-monthly salary that are given to her personnels, Myrna also has free accommodation and mandatory benefits for them.
