Aside from the parts sold at her store, they also manufactures some auto and motorcycle parts such as bolts and knots that let her employ ten employees. Her workers receives a weekly salary, provided with free meal and paid them in addition if they completed a six working days. Together with Lendahand’s partner NPFC is helping Carmelita Obiasca in acquiring additional working capital to buy more materials to build up stocks for her store.
