      The project

      Aim family farm started in 1967, first manage by Maria Monet Dayrit’s spouse, but after her husband died, she took over the operations and financial matters. Granulated charcoal made from coconut shell and carbonized rice hull is the best that she has in her business because her product is environment friendly. Because of her good relationship from clients abroad, she continuously receiving purchase orders from them (Japan, Taiwan and Korea) and her growing network of clients in nearby provinces . She currently employs thirty workers, a combination of out of school youth housewives workers, provided with competitive salary and free accommodation. Maria Monet is a repeat client, and for the 3rd time, her loan proceeds will be for additional purchase order to meet the demands in Korea. Lendahand’s partner NPFC is helping Maria Monet Dayrit in acquiring additional raw materials to boost the production.
