      Summary

      Tusitukire Wamu Group was formed in 2007 it has 14 members. The group came from another micro finance (Pride) and the members are very organised.The members operates saloons, retail shop, transport, poultry farming and fishing. Their businesses have grown since 2007 hence there is a need for more working capital.

      The need for the loan is to enable them upgrade their business from retail shops to wholesale shops hence creating jobs as they will need more people to work for them.The photo was taken during their weekly meeting.

      Local partner OBUL provides the loan, which has to be repaid in 12 months.
