      SECOND LOAN

Ronald Zaradulla from Kalibo, Aklan established a manpower agency in 2005 in Boracay, Aklan. It was formerly named as RJ Zaradulla Cane Cutters but because of its expansion, its name was changed to “RJZ Recruitment and Manpower Agency”, where RJZ came from the initials of Ronald. The business focuses in deploying workers to Isabela, where there is a high-demand for cane cutters. Through its expansion, they are now also deploying workers in the provinces of Tarlac, Pampanga, Batangas, and Boracay. Ronald is married to Johnelyn who assists him from the day to day operation.

LendAHand and NPFC will help Ronald acquire working capital for its expansion and new office renovation.
