The project
Mr. PICH Mony is married and live with two children and his wife in Phnom Penh city. He has a guesthouse and one building with 30 rooms to rent out. The rooms are rent to garment factory workers. He is also works as a electrician connecting electricity. He sometime hire to connect the electricity in a house.
Since the renting business is making more income to support his family, he is now requesting for a loan to purchase a plot of land 10mx20m to build rooms to rent for in the future.
