5 years ago, Jerome started his business Coco Shell and Coco Pulp following the advice of his cousin who is working in an oil company that he establish this business to support his schooling since he was still pursuing his course in College. The product he distributes is being used as charcoal in refineries and other manufacturing companies. With his desire to finish his studies and help workers, his business grew and now has 3 big clients in the Philippines. The numbers of his employees also grew from 3 to 10 personnel. As his way of gratitude to his very loyal and dedicated employees, he provides free meals which include breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner plus free lodging for them.
