The project

Rosa Gabanes is a psychologist and mother of two with 28 accumulated years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. Rosa worked as HR Manager in Hitachi for 15 years before she founded her own company. In 2009 she started CK Rose Management Consultancy Services Company to deliver several services like for example consultancy, public and in-house seminars, team building activities, corporate affairs, hosting and manpower.

During the years CK Rose Management Consultancy Services Company has been quite successful in deploying professionals and skilled workers at respected firms. As Rosa is quite involved in the community, she also offers out of school kids the opportunity to be employed at one of her portfolio companies, and has currently accomplished this for over 200 of them.

Rosa currently employs three female- and two male workers where all five have just and legal compensation and receive free daily free meals. Her ambition is to expand internationally with her recruitment- and manpower activities.

Together with local partner NPFC, will Lendahand support Rosa by lending her more capital to acquire equipment that supports her services so the company can grow and expand internationally. The loan will be repaid in 12 months.
