The project
Roel Hengania is a native of the Cagayan de Oro (CDO) City. He is a hardworking person with perseverance towards his work. His first business was a repair shop of motorcycle, which includes modifying its physical appearance using fiberglass. Unfortunately, it was devastated by a typhoon but with a strong determination he bravely used his little resources and put up a new business related to fiber glass.
He started creating unique bench, rides, fast food chairs and tables, even, life size super heroes for his regular customers, like malls and big companies in CDO. He named it RCS Fiberglass Works A total of 9 regular workers and 6 - 15 are on call / project based. They are receiving weekly compensation and mandatory benefits. He is hiring those out of school youths that are trainable.
His loan proceeds will be used to purchase fiber glass and painting materials. To be repaid in 24 months.
