Ms. Hong Thary married Mr. Rous Ret, and they live with 3 children at Rousey Chroy Commune, Muk Kompul District, Kandal Province. To earn the living she and her husband working together and they are running business of making jars since 2013. It is family business does not hire any worker but member in her family always help in this business. Due to rising demand from clients, Thary is in need more working capital to expend on her business by to purchase more material jar and  the rest of the money is to purchase on  hectare of farmland and cultivating rice to earn more income for supporting her family. Using his loan, Thary is will able to purchase order and increase more income.
