Coolway Multi-Purpose Cooperative from Bogo City, Cebu started its operation in 2012, duly registered by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on December 29, 2011. It is being managed by Mr. Luis Asierto Jr., Chairman of the Board and Mr. Normando Inso as General Manager both of them and other members of the board have background in banking. Most of its members are female which are partners of their spouses in supporting their families. As an extension of its service, Coolway provides a regular feeding program and tree planting activity on a monthly basis. They also offer free ambulance service for members and non-members of their cooperative. 

At present, it employs 175 staffs provided with mandatory benefits, aside from their compensation. 

Lendahand, together with its local partner NPFC, will help Coolway acquire working capital loan for the expansion of its operations in the municipality of Dumanjug, Cebu.
