Khishignyam is a cattle herder with 15 cows that produce several dairy products she can sell. She also collects and sells firewood in the local community and has been doing so for past two years. 

With a loan Khishignyam will be able increase the amount of firewood she can collect and be more efficient in substracting milk from her cows. This will allow more people access to important firewood during the harsh winters and fat milk for nutrition prurposes. 

Together with local partner VFM will Lendahand provide a loan that has to be repaid in 24 months.
