Enkhbayar, father of three, runs a business in construction industry for the past fourteen years. He opened Monolit Talst LLC in 2002, the construction company in building interior design including power supply, automation, alarm & communications system and wall construction.

Curenttly, the company has 60 employees. With a loan of 30 million tugrik, Enkhbayar will be able to increase working capital, realize his dream to open glass window manufacture and create more jobs.

Lendahand will provide a loan to Enkhbayar together with local partner VFM. The loan has to be repaid in 36 months.
