Ganbold is father of two and works as a serviceman for the past 8 years in Ulaanbaatar city. He repairs broken assets such as fridge, washing machine receiving orders from his customers and he is well known in his community as he provides additionally delivery service. Moreover, he collects old machines and sells them after fixing. He attracts new customers through local advertisement and newspapers.  

With a loan of 10 million tugrik, Ganbold will be able to import spare parts from China and boost the business efficiency.
