Mr. Sam Oeurn, 53, is a construction foreman who lives in the Phnom Penh City with his wife and his only one children. After he got the experience from worked as a construction worker in 2008 he decided to run his own business as a construction foreman. And his family is also supported by his wife, Chan Sreymao who is a grocer.
Since this business can make a lot of profits, he is now asking for a loan to reinvest in his business. He believes that this investment as an opportunity to enlarge his business and increase his family standard of living.
