Oeur Kat is married and lives with her husband and four employed children in Kampong Cham province. She works as a farmer and also makes and sells rice noodle since 2006 to earn a living to support her family. One of her children is a blacksmith.

She is now asking for a loan to purchase one hectare of farmland to grow more rice and the rest of money is invest in her child blacksmith business.
