Va Sophat is married and lives with his wife in Phnom Penh city. He is a construction foreman, while his wife is a grocery seller. He has been a construction foreman for about 5 years, and he usually provides his service by contract for a small construction, building house. Sometimes the contract is only for the labor, it means that the house owner is responsible for the construction materials. However, sometimes the contract can be both labor and construction materials cost.

To have another source of income, he is asking for a loan to build three rooms for renting. He believes that this investment would bring more income to help support his family.
