32 regular staff are presently employed, a composition of 10 male and 22 female. Some employees has an average of three years tenure in service. Payment of salary depends on the position, weekly and semi-monthly together with board and lodging. For special projects, ‘Jem Tronics Solution, Inc.’ hires additional 10 to 15 on call workers.
