From Taytay Rizal, Jeremias Oca together with his mother started as a helper in a garments company. In later years, having enough experience and knowledge, he and his mother started their own garments in 1989. Jeremias also known as Cyrie, named his garment after his daughter Carelle Jane RTW that started from a borrowed capital and one sewing machine, but now, currently has seventeen machines. 

He is assisted by his wife and mother in handling the business that the three of them were able to manage supplying their kids wear product in Manila area and some provinces in the Philippines. They have three female and seven male workers given with a weekly salary and free board and lodging. 

Being thankful with what he have, Cyrie does not forget to share his blessing in giving donations to their church. Lendahand in partnership with NPFC, will help Jeremias Oca to acquire additional working capital to have business expansion.
