After 20 years working at a restaurant, Ms. Parra decided to open her own at Paipa, a popular city for tourists in Boyacá, Colombia. Following the huge success of her venture, she will use the loan to expand her restaurant to accommodate more guests.
Maria has now 11 people working for her, with the loan she will be able to hire 3 more people to work in her restaurant.
Lendahand will provide the loan to Maria together with local partner VSC. The loan has to be repaid in 24 months.
