Résumé

Adora Balcita, is the sole owner of “Balcita Brother’s Footwear” in Liliw, Laguna. Since childhood, she is exposed in footwear manufacturing because of her parent’s business, where she gained her knowledge and experience. In 2008, Adora and spouse Erwin decided to put up their own shoe business, but it was officially registered in August 15, 2011. 

With its seven years of continuous operation, Adora was able to hire six workers, provided with free meals and bonuses, aside from their compensation. Also, she has subcon workers, that are all housewives that does the embroidery for the footwears. Aside from maintaining her manufacturing area, she also has a store for product display. She supplies to ‘The Magic Group of Companies’ in Pangasinan which serves as one of her direct market. 

Lendahand together with its local partner NPFC will help Adora Balcita to acquire working capital to purchase additional raw materials for the seasonal approach.
