Bella Flores, a forty four (44) year old co-owner of Ed-Ella and Marti’s Breadhauz, the business is working on its 17th year and still earning huge profits and stay strong on its operation. The Ed-Ella and Marti’s Breadhauz was named after chunking of Bella, her husband Eduardo, and their son Marti's names. The business started because of Bella’s mother-in-law, who inspired the couple to venture the same business which had been operating since Eduardo's childhood. Upon marriage, Bella’s mother-in-law gave them an oven as a wedding gift to start for their own business. Bella’s mother-in-law by nature, wanted to help all of her children to be financially stable and be successful in life. Currently, Ed-Ella and Marti’s Breadhauz has three (3) outlets stores and is employing fifty (50) employees composed of thirty (30) males and twenty (20) females with fair compensation and benefits. Ed-Ella is giving insurances for some trusted workers as additional benefits as they retire. Lend hand’s partner NPFC helped Bella acquire new oven for more efficient fuel consumption which will boost the production and will support incoming orders.
