Ma. Cristina Joy Bagsit, also known as Joy, is a native and a footwear manufacturer from Liliw, Laguna. Her business is operating since 2006. Finished products are displayed in her store and supplies some to Badongs Store, one of the biggest footwear store in Liliw.
She has three regular and three part-time workers with fixed salary given weekly. She also accepts senior citizen, that does the product labeling, cutting, and packaging. Joy being a hands-on owner, is assisted by her spouse Bernard during availability.
Due to the upcoming peak season, she will purchase materials for production to prepare ahead of time and meet bulk orders of customers. Joy will be needing working capital loan which will be provided by LendAHand and NPFC.
