The name of the business is Flacs Manufacturing and Trading and it belongs to the Soap Industry. According to the owner, his father was the first one who liked to create new things using different ingredients. So, in a way he is continueing and improving what his father has started. This lead him to make the FLACS Probiotic Health Soap.

Flacs means FRIENDLY LACTO BACILLI SOAP. It is a Probiotic Health Soap enhanced with Lacto Bacillus-CMD. He started in 2002 with what he had learned from his father and during trainings and seminars held by the PAFI Foundation livelihood training. Due to a lack of capital Norman had to stop for 2 years, but he started again in 2009 with a loan from a bank that he used as his starting capital. Flacs has 2 workers in charge for the production and operation of the soaps and other mixtures. It participated in the KNN (a popular TV show in the Philippines) and was chosen as one of the winners during the KNN Season 4. One of the ingredients that make FLACS Probiotic Health Soap so good is the Citronella herb extract. It is effective against skin disorders and rashes, prevents and heals pimples, tinea flava and other irritants.
