Natividad Daño is a native of Lapu-Lapu City. She is a college graduate with a course of business management in one of the respective Universities in Cebu. Before having a business, she first work as an Assistant Manager for 12 years in service. In year 2000, Natividad started to have a business engaged in stonecast manufacturing. It was named “Mialnea Stonecast”, registered under Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in early 2010. 

Manufactured stonecast are supplied in the local and international market. But, she mainly focused on local market like hotels, schools, hospitals, private cemeteries, and others. She is also a sub-contractor of a company engaged in export from Cebu. At present, the number of her employees are 47, where 15 are regular and 32 are non-regular workers. She offers employment opportunity to housewives and out-of-school youths with free accommodation. 

NPFC and Lendahand will provide working capital to Natividad to purchase raw materials to boost its production.
