Resumen

Gregorio S. Sanchez is a 59 year old native of the shoe producing town of Carcar, Cebu. He started producing quality footwear made out of abacca fiber, 11 years ago. Initially he had his wife and children helping him in the production and marketing. And they started selling shoes in the Visayas Region of the Philippines. Through hard work and dedication, all his children were able to graduate from College and they are now all professionals.

Gregorio now serves Metro Manila and some parts in Mindanao, shipping out abacca footwear on a regular basis and production being sustained with the help of 9 regular employees. Lendahand's partner NPFC is supporting the expansion of Mr.Sanchez' company by providing him a loan. The funds will be used to augment the expansion of their operations, especially in Butuan City, Bukidnon, Malaybalay, Valencia and Cotabato (all located in Mindanao).
