Tabuk is the city and the capital of Kalinga province in the, Philippines. Mrs. Training Tolentino, a native of Kalinga Province and an undergraduate of commerce is married to Noel with whom she has five children. She is the sole owner of “Shama Homes Hardware and Auto Supply” etablished in 2012 and was officially registered under Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in January 30, 2014. She is engaged in selling of construction materials catering both walk-in and regular private individuals and government projects within their area.

Training maintains and often visits the store and supervised her six workers composed of four male and two female. Among the six, two of them manufacture hollowblocks which is also sold in her store and used by his spouse Noel in his construction projects. Her workers receive an above minimum wage, given on a monthly basis, a free whole day meal and accommodation. 

Lendahand and local partner NPFC will help Training Tolentino acquire working capital to buy tiles as an additional product to be sold in her hardware. It will also help her to employ additional workers to manufacture hollowblocks.
